Welcome to Betternoww. These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription and utilization of our B2B office cleaning services in Bangalore, India. By subscribing to or engaging our services, your company agrees to comply with these terms.
Betternoww provides subscription-based daily office cleaning delivered Monday to Friday (or per customized schedule). Service scope includes agreed workstation cleaning, floor care, pantry upkeep, trash disposal, and washroom hygiene following structured SOPs.
The client company agrees to provide safe and timely access to the designated office premises during agreed morning or evening service hours. Necessary keycard/gate access must be arranged for assigned cleaners.
All Betternoww cleaning personnel undergo strict address verification and SOP training. In the event of cleaner illness or absence, Betternoww guarantees a qualified backup cleaner under our 100% Replacement Guarantee.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Official tax invoices including GST are issued electronically. Payments are due within the agreed payment window specified in your proposal.
Clients may modify or cancel their monthly cleaning subscription by providing a 30-day written notice to their account manager, allowing smooth operational offboarding.
