All pre-service site assessments and initial office audits are 100% complimentary with zero obligation. No payment is required prior to site inspection and proposal acceptance.
If a scheduled visit is missed or does not meet agreed SOP standards, Betternoww will deploy an immediate backup visit or issue a pro-rata credit against your next billing cycle under our SLA guarantee.
Corporate subscriptions are billed monthly. Clients may cancel or pause their subscription by providing a 30-day advance notice in writing to their account manager.
In the event of an approved pro-rata refund or overpayment credit, refunds are processed back to the originating company bank account via NEFT/IMPS within 5-7 business days.
